Chris Rundle Joins the Urban Reform Immobilier Team as Partner & Real Estate Broker

We are pleased to announce that Chris Rundle has joined Urban Reform Immobilier as Partner and Real Estate Broker, based out of our Montréal office.

With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Chris has established himself as one of Montréal’s leading real estate professionals and a recognized figure within the city’s downtown commercial real estate community.

Chris joins Urban Reform following a career most recently spent as Vice President with a leading commercial real estate firm, where he specialized in landlord representation and played an important role in some of downtown Montréal's most notable leasing activity. Over the course of his career, he has developed extensive relationships with many of the landlords, developers, retailers and other stakeholders shaping Montréal's urban landscape.

Chris brings significant expertise in landlord representation, retail leasing, leasing strategy and asset positioning, with a particular focus on downtown Montréal, urban environments and specialty retail properties. His deep understanding of the market, strong industry relationships and reputation for delivering results have made him a trusted advisor to property owners throughout the city.

As Partner, Chris will play an important role in the continued growth of Urban Reform Immobilier, helping expand our landlord representation platform and further strengthen our presence in downtown Montréal and throughout Québec.

His appointment represents another significant milestone in the continued evolution of Urban Reform Immobilier as we build our Québec platform and strengthen our ability to deliver best-in-class commercial real estate services to clients across the country.
