Manon Larose joins the Urban Reform Realty Quebec Team

We are pleased to announce that Manon Larose will be joining Urban Reform Realty effective August 3, 2026 as Managing Partner.

With more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate, Manon is widely recognized as one of Quebec's most respected industry leaders. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership positions with some of Canada's most prominent commercial real estate organizations, where she has led leasing strategies, managed high-performing teams, and worked alongside many of the country's leading landlords, developers, and national retailers.

Manon joins the firm's executive leadership team, where she will help drive the continued growth of our commercial real estate operations while serving as Broker of Record (Agency Executive Officer), overseeing the brokerage division from our Quebec office and ensuring the highest standards of governance, compliance, and client service. Manon brings a wealth of expertise across all facets of commercial real estate, including landlord and tenant representation, leasing strategy, asset positioning, and executive leadership. Her collaborative approach, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to client success make her an exceptional addition to our growing organization.
